PRDCTVT respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and how it’s protected.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to provide the app’s core functionality, including:
Email address (for account creation and authentication)
Time tracking data, goals, and activity you choose to log
Optional social connections and workroom participation
Optional photos you attach to completed sessions, which post to the activity feed along with the session
Content reports and block lists you create to manage your experience
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
Create and manage your account
Track your time and progress
Enable optional social and collaborative features
Send push notifications (e.g., when a friend completes a session)
Display photos you attach to completed sessions in the activity feed
Moderate user-generated content and enforce community standards
Process subscriptions and manage premium features
Improve app stability and performance
We do not use your data for advertising.
Photos and Content Moderation
When you choose to attach a photo to a completed session:
On-device screening (Apple Sensitive Content Analysis). Before a photo leaves your device, it is analyzed locally using Apple's on-device Sensitive Content Analysis framework. The image is not sent to Apple or to us during this check. If the photo is flagged, it is not uploaded and is discarded.
Server-side screening: Approved photos are uploaded to our storage and scanned by an automated image-safety service (Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch) to detect prohibited content, including sexual, violent, or other abusive content. Photos that fail this screening are deleted and not shown in the feed.
Retention: Activity feed items, including attached photos, are automatically removed after 7 days
Reporting and blocking: You can report any feed item for review and block other users to hide their content from you and yours from them.
Zero tolerance for abusive content: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content is reviewed and may be removed, and the responsible accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We use the following service providers to operate the app:
Apple: payment processing (StoreKit) and push notifications (APNs)
Supabase: secure data storage and authenticationCreate and manage your account
You control what activity is visible to friends or workrooms within the app.
Data Storage & Security
All data is securely stored using industry-standard infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Children's Privacy
PRDCTVT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at prdctvt0@gmail.com so we can remove it.
